Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of HSHAIR's website, products, quotation services, sampling services, OEM/ODM manufacturing services, wholesale supply, customization, payment, shipping, quality assurance, and after-sales support.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, requesting a quote, placing an order, purchasing samples, approving custom specifications, or otherwise communicating with HSHAIR for business purposes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are acting on behalf of a company, salon, brand, distributor, retailer, or other business entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or purchase our products or services.

2. Business Customers

HSHAIR primarily supplies B2B customers, including hair extension brands, wholesalers, distributors, e-commerce sellers, hair salons, salon chains, freelance stylists, and professional hair extension service providers.

Our products are intended for professional resale, salon use, brand development, private label programs, and wholesale distribution. You are responsible for ensuring that our products are suitable for your intended market, local regulations, labeling requirements, customer instructions, and resale obligations.

3. Products and Services

HSHAIR manufactures and supplies human hair extension products and related accessories, including but not limited to Machine Weft, Genius Weft, Hand-Tied Weft, Flat Weft, Invisible Weft, I Tip, U Tip, Flat Tip, K Tip, Nano Beads, Silicone Nano Hair, Micro Ring, Tape Ins, Seamless Tape Ins, Clip Ins, Halo Hair, and hair extension tools.

Available hair materials may include Russian virgin cuticle hair, Mongolian virgin cuticle hair, Chinese virgin cuticle hair, and Indian Remy human hair. Product characteristics may vary depending on hair origin, grade, color process, texture, length, and customization.

Virgin cuticle hair is generally designed for premium durability and a natural matte appearance, while Remy hair may have a shinier appearance and a shorter expected service life. Any estimated lifespan is provided for reference only and depends on installation method, client care, washing routine, coloring, heat styling, chemical treatment, environment, and maintenance.

4. Quotes, Samples, and Orders

Quotes are based on the specifications provided by you, including hair type, length, color, weight, extension method, packaging, quantity, shipping destination, and requested timeline. Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotes are valid only for the period specified in the quotation.

Sample orders are provided to help you evaluate quality, color, texture, construction, packaging, or service suitability. Sample approval does not guarantee that bulk production will be identical in every microscopic or natural characteristic, because human hair is a natural material and reasonable batch variation may occur.

An order becomes binding when HSHAIR confirms the order in writing and receives the required payment, deposit, or written purchase confirmation accepted by HSHAIR. You are responsible for reviewing all order details before confirmation.

Any change request after order confirmation may affect pricing, lead time, material availability, production schedule, and shipping costs. HSHAIR may reject change requests that are technically impractical, already in production, or commercially unreasonable.

5. Customization and OEM/ODM

HSHAIR offers OEM and ODM services, including custom colors, private label packaging, logo application, retail-ready packaging, custom lengths, custom weights, and product development support.

For custom color orders, you may be required to provide physical color swatches, reference samples, formulas, photos, or detailed color instructions. Digital photos and screen images may not accurately represent color due to lighting, monitor calibration, camera settings, and editing.

Unless otherwise agreed, custom colors may require a minimum order quantity of 1 kilogram per color. Custom packaging may require separate minimum quantities, tooling fees, design fees, mold fees, printing fees, or pre-production sample approval.

You are responsible for ensuring that any logo, trademark, artwork, packaging design, brand name, label claim, product description, or other materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights and comply with applicable laws in your sales markets.

HSHAIR may retain production know-how, manufacturing methods, technical processes, and general improvements developed during OEM/ODM cooperation unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

6. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, PayPal, or other methods confirmed by HSHAIR in writing. Payment terms, deposits, balances, currencies, transaction fees, and payment deadlines will be stated in the applicable invoice, pro forma invoice, quotation, or written order confirmation.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, production may not begin until the required deposit or full payment has been received. Shipment may be withheld until the full outstanding balance, shipping cost, and any applicable charges are paid.

You are responsible for all bank charges, intermediary bank fees, PayPal fees, currency conversion costs, taxes, duties, customs charges, import fees, and other payment-related expenses unless HSHAIR expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Late payment may result in delayed production, delayed shipment, storage charges, cancellation of reserved inventory, suspension of future orders, or revised pricing.

7. Production and Lead Times

For orders using HSHAIR's factory stock color ring and available inventory, HSHAIR generally aims to ship within approximately 5 days after payment and order confirmation. For custom color or fully customized production, estimated lead times are generally 30 to 60 days after final approval, depending on complexity, quantity, material availability, packaging, and production capacity.

Lead times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing as a binding deadline. Lead times may be affected by public holidays, supply chain conditions, force majeure events, customs inspections, shipping delays, quality rework, incomplete approvals, late payment, or changes requested by you.

HSHAIR maintains quality control procedures throughout sourcing, processing, coloring, wefting, tipping, packaging, and final inspection. If internal quality inspection identifies an issue, HSHAIR may delay shipment to correct, replace, or remake affected products.

8. Shipping, Customs, and Delivery

HSHAIR may ship by express air courier, including DHL, FedEx, or other carriers selected according to destination, package size, customs requirements, service availability, and customer preference.

Shipping costs, delivery estimates, insurance options, and shipping terms will be confirmed during quotation or invoicing. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk of loss or damage transfers to you when the goods are handed over to the carrier.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, importer details, tax identification numbers, customs documentation, local compliance information, and delivery contact details. HSHAIR is not responsible for delays, returns, penalties, confiscation, storage fees, or additional charges caused by incorrect information, unavailable recipients, unpaid duties, import restrictions, or customs decisions.

Import duties, VAT, GST, sales tax, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, local delivery surcharges, and other destination charges are your responsibility unless expressly included in the written quotation.

9. Inspection and Acceptance

You must inspect all goods promptly upon receipt and before installation, coloring, washing, chemical treatment, cutting, branding, repackaging, resale, or distribution.

Any shortage, wrong item, visible defect, shipping damage, color discrepancy, packaging issue, or quality concern must be reported to HSHAIR in writing within 7 calendar days after delivery, together with order number, photos, videos, package labels, product labels, weight details, and a clear description of the issue.

Use, installation, alteration, chemical treatment, resale, or failure to report within the inspection period may be deemed acceptance of the goods, except where prohibited by applicable law or where HSHAIR confirms a latent manufacturing defect.

10. Quality Issues, Returns, and Replacements

HSHAIR stands behind its manufacturing quality and provides replacement or return support for confirmed quality issues caused by HSHAIR manufacturing defects, subject to inspection and verification.

To request after-sales support, you must provide sufficient evidence, including photos, videos, order details, batch information, installation details where relevant, care routine, and any customer feedback. HSHAIR may request that affected goods be returned for inspection before approving replacement, credit, repair, refund, or other remedy.

Quality remedies do not apply to issues caused by improper installation, incorrect removal, bleaching, coloring, perming, chemical treatment, excessive heat, unsuitable products, poor maintenance, hard water, chlorine, salt water, sleeping with wet hair, matting caused by inadequate brushing, customer misuse, normal wear and tear, or third-party handling.

Custom-made products, private label packaging, custom colors, custom lengths, custom weights, and other made-to-order goods are generally not cancellable, returnable, or refundable unless HSHAIR confirms a manufacturing defect or wrong production against approved specifications.

If HSHAIR confirms a valid quality issue, HSHAIR may, at its discretion, provide replacement, repair, credit, partial refund, full refund, or another commercially reasonable solution. HSHAIR's liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected goods and does not include lost profits, salon service fees, resale losses, customer compensation, marketing losses, chargebacks, or indirect damages.

11. Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful business purposes, including learning about HSHAIR products, requesting information, submitting inquiries, and communicating with us about orders or services.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with security features, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, scrape content without permission, copy product content for misleading purposes, or use the website in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

All website content, including text, images, layouts, product descriptions, graphics, logos, trade names, design elements, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to HSHAIR and may not be copied, modified, distributed, republished, or used commercially without written permission.

Website information is provided for general business reference. Product availability, specifications, pricing, lead times, color options, and service details may change without prior notice.

12. Business Information and Privacy

When you submit inquiries, sample requests, order information, brand materials, shipping details, or payment-related information, HSHAIR may use that information to respond to you, prepare quotations, process orders, arrange production, provide customer support, and improve our services.

You agree that HSHAIR may contact you by email, phone, messaging applications, or other business communication channels regarding inquiries, orders, samples, after-sales support, and relevant business opportunities.

Confidential business information provided by either party should be used only for legitimate cooperation purposes. Additional confidentiality obligations may be agreed in a separate written non-disclosure agreement.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

HSHAIR provides products and services using professional manufacturing standards and quality control procedures. However, human hair is a natural material and may show reasonable variation in shade, texture, strand thickness, shine, wave pattern, weight tolerance, and reaction to care routines.

Except as expressly stated in writing, HSHAIR disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted website availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HSHAIR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business interruption damages, including loss of profit, loss of customers, loss of goodwill, chargebacks, salon service costs, influencer campaign costs, marketplace penalties, or resale losses.

14. Force Majeure

HSHAIR is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, labor disruption, government action, customs delays, transportation interruption, material shortage, power failure, cyber incidents, carrier delays, or other force majeure events.

If a force majeure event affects production or delivery, HSHAIR will make commercially reasonable efforts to communicate updated timelines and fulfill affected obligations as soon as practical.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

Unless otherwise stated in a written contract signed by both parties, these Terms and any transaction with HSHAIR are governed by the laws applicable to HSHAIR's place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.

The parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith business negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties may pursue available remedies in the competent courts or dispute resolution forum agreed in the applicable invoice, contract, or written agreement.

16. Changes to These Terms

HSHAIR may update these Terms from time to time to reflect business, legal, operational, or service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised update date.

Continued use of the website, continued communication with HSHAIR, or placement of new orders after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
